Wright Choices, Inc. was founded in 1995 in Yorktown, VA. Lance Wright, President and one of the founders of Wright Choices, Inc., was previously a job coach for the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board at Lassen House providing supported employment services to persons with disabilities. Lance’s passion to make a difference in persons with disabilities’ lives was the catalyst for the development of what is today the preeminent vocational services in Hampton Roads, VA.
