1:1 community-based assessments to determine a person’s interests, skills, abilities, and accommodations needed to become successfully employed through Supported Employment services.
1:1 service for individuals that require more refined and comprehensive supports with the end goal of becoming employed or maintaining employment. Creation of a Vocational Profile through the Discovery Process that leads to customized job development and training supports.
1:1 job coaching providing job development, placement and training, and ongoing support services in paid, competitive positions.
Community Support Services
Intensive 1:1 direct service that develops and implements support strategies to assist in the person’s quest for independence in home, work, and community environments.
Pre-Employment Transitional Services (Pre-ETS)
Youth program designed to increase work readiness and preparation, exploration of careers and the local job market, employer informational interviews, job shadowing, and paid/unpaid work experiences.
